Good stimulation for an elderly dog
We were worried about our elderly dog as she is very arthritic, deaf and partially sighted, wondering how we could give her some mental stimulation. We saw the Ruffle Shuffle online and thought it would be worth a try especially as it is difficult to get her to eat the kibble part of her meal. We initially started with a few treats hidden in it gradually increasing the kibble content.She was interested right from the start but now she sits and waits for it every evening, it is part of her ritual. Both my dogs love this. Weight wise it is heavy enough that the puppy doesn’t attempt to pick it up and calming for my large cross breed rescue dog. Highly recommend.
Positive Purchases
My puppy enjoys her snuffle mat and looks for it every day, it keeps her occupied and stops her nibbling things she shouldn’t. She also loves to snuggle up in her fleece blanket, it is what she was brought home in.
Brilliant Idea!
Our golden retriever absolutely loves his snuffle mat, we use it every day for both meals and he doesn’t get bored of it. It’s well made and none of the fabric is coming away. We would definitely recommend & purchase again :)
